Founder and Director Mark Swindells has commented “We are absolutely elated to be welcoming eighteen new people to the Geo2 family. It’s been an ambition for some time now to expand the team and really embed environmental risk management into the business. We want to be a one stop shop for all things contamination, so we really are a full service offering to our clients. The new team bring experience in ground related liabilities, constraints and opportunities arising from contamination, ground stability and geotechnical issues which are areas of the business we needed to strengthen.”

Newark office lead and Associate Director Tom Horner has added, "I have known the team at Geo2 for a large proportion of my career, and I feel honoured to be a part of that team now. Geo2 has forged a reputation over the years as being an extremely forward thinking, innovative company and a trusted advisor to their customers. It’s exciting to help drive their next phase of growth and be a part of their land quality offering alongside so many familiar faces.”

Geo2 has earned its success through hard work and word of mouth, aiming to make the UK and beyond a healthier, happier place. The company sees land remediation not as an unwelcome obstacle to development but as a vital component of regenerating communities and the environment, contributing to a shared sustainable future.

Geo2's latest expansion marks a significant milestone in its journey, reinforcing its commitment to excellence in environmental risk management and positioning the company as a leader in providing innovative technical assessment and remediation solutions.
