Multi phase vacuum extraction
We have a history of delivering reliable, cost-effective land remediation techniques
Our ability to ensure safe, award-winning land remediation for some of the country's biggest operators has never faltered.
Applying a powerful vacuum to the surface of groundwater, multi phase or dual phase vacuum extraction is a highly flexible treatment system, adept at recovering floating fuel and hydrocarbons from the environment.
Through sustained application, a vacuum gradient is developed that can pull contamination from surrounding soil pores. This ensures maximum recovery with minimal toxic rebound.
Following free phase hydrocarbons removal, the system may be further optimised to treat contaminated groundwater plumes or it can be used in conjunction with a chemical injection programme - further reducing treatment times and maximising recovery.
By utilising a network of trenches on live sites, we can accommodate any operation, no matter how big or small. This, paired with our 20+ years of experience in land remediation, ensures a service that treats hydrocarbons efficiently, irrespective of job size.

Anglesey: Dual Phase Vacuum Extraction and Chemical Oxidation
Decades of heavy industrial activity on a former aluminium site in Anglesey left a legacy of significant contamination. Diesel leaks from underground tanks, oil spills from industrial compressors and fire damage incidents leading to transformer oil spills left the site in need of immediate attention.
